Governance solutions announced its worldwide expansion plans by
setting up an offshore facility at Hyderabad, India. The facility
in Hyderabad will focus on enabling industry practices and innovative
Business Performance Measurement (BPM) solutions.
Business Performance Measurement enables enterprises to measure
and optimize cross-functional business processes that incorporate
systems, processes and people. Primarily driven by Six Sigma DMAIC
(Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology, business
performance measurement solutions utilize sophisticated algorithms
and reporting tools to provide measurements at micro and macro level
using balanced scorecards, efficiency metrics, and workflow and
focused data integration.
