InfoSTEP Inc. leadership is comprised of a team of executives with 3600 vision, unparalleled motivation and deep commitment to business intelligence solutions. The team is complemented by an advisory board of industry veterans and best in class delivery management personnel.


Sagar Anisingaraju - CEO
Mr. Anisingaraju has over 20 years of experience in the software industry in various capacities. He is involved in thought leadership and in architecting analytical solutions for managing Internal Controls & Assurances and Business Intelligence applications. He was the winner of ‘Applications Development Trends Innovator Award’ for work done on Reporting solutions. His current passion includes development of Value Innovation strategy frameworks and collaborative BI2.0 solutions. He was instrumental in taking the parent company MIC Electronics to a successful public issue on Indian stock markets (MIC.NS) in April 2007.

Prior to setting up InfoSTEP Inc., Mr. Anisingaraju worked as head of CMC Ltd.’s global delivery operations and was responsible for several successful projects for clients in UK, Switzerland and USA. In his prior career at CMC R&D, Mr. Anisingaraju did pioneering work in computerization of Indian languages and published several research papers and articles.

Mr. Anisingaraju is an invited speaker and writer at several national and international forums including Institute of Internal Auditors, ISACA, Asian Institute of Technology, Business Objects User Conferences and others. He holds a Masters degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India and a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Mr. Anisingaraju served as a Director & Vice President of the board of Silicon Valley chapter of ISACA, a global IT standards governance institution during 2006-2007.


Sanjeev Kumar - COO
Mr. Kumar, a 15+ years professional in hi-tech, manages the operations of InfoSTEP Inc.. Additionally, Mr. Kumar manages the Partner Relationship group within InfoSTEP Inc. A visionary with an envious track record of predicting the future of business intelligence market, Mr. Kumar is instrumental in ensuring necessary fiscal controls balanced with realistic visions. Prior to joining InfoSTEP Inc., Mr. Kumar worked at Fortune 100 companies on several enterprise projects. Mr. Kumar holds a Masters in Computer Applications from CMC, India.


Samuel Poozhikala - Vice President, BI & BPM Practice
With over 15 years of experience in the software industry, Mr. Poozhikala has been involved in managing , architecting and delivering large scale BI and BPM solutions at G1000 companies. A firm believer in providing solutions that ultimately make a positive difference for clients, Mr. Poozhikala spearheads the efforts to institutionalize InfoLEADERSHIP. Mr. Poozhikala is a highly sought after speaker in public forums and panel discussions as well as by large companies to define Business Intelligence enterprise strategy. Prior to joining InfoSTEP Inc., Mr. Poozhikala was a Technical Director at Quovera, enabling Quovera to attain unprecedented growth. Mr. Poozhikala holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. India and a Masters Certificate in Computer Applications from CMC Ltd. India. Bala Ramachandran – Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Ramachandran leads InfoSTEP Inc.'s global business development team and is responsible for enabling new business for InfoSTEP Inc. by leveraging a global delivery model, focusing on delivering long-term customer value. The business development function partners with the BI/BPM and ETIS practice lines using their specific technology knowledge for customer benefit. The business development function grows the company business through planned outreach programs, customer satisfaction studies, viral marketing programs, key events and web marketing techniques. Mr. Ramachandran has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and has completed an advanced marketing program from Stanford University. He has more than 20 years of business development experience working with companies like HCL, CMC (now part of Tata's) and Patni Computer Systems. As part of a larger commitment to the community Mr. Ramachandran leverages his knowledge to provide pro-bono services to altruistic organizations that help improve the quality of life. Maneesh Madan – Vice President, ETIS
Mr. Madan has over 14 years of experience in building, architecting and managing enterprise software solutions and
web technologies for some of leading hi-tech companies in silicon valley. Mr. Madan has been instrumental in strategizing, defining methodologies and best practices in Technical Support Operations for one of the largest BI clients. Prior to joining InfoSTEP Inc., he was a Manager and Principle consultant at CMC Americas. Mr.Madan holds Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from JawaharLal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India.


Vishwa Prasad Kyasaram – Vice President, Customer Success
Mr. Kyasaram has over 12 years experience in the Software Industry (Web/Web 2.0/BI) in various roles. He was instrumental in managing, architecting, delivering complex/critical mult-tiered solutions at G1000 companies in the space of IT Management, Customer Support and OnDemand . He was instrumental in enabling a Key Offshore Delivery Execution model to successfully handle Product Delivery and Customer projects optimally leveraging onsite/offshore strengths. He was instrumental in setting up Indian operations and setting up HR/Opertions, Engineering and Delivery process. His current passion includes providing Value
Innovation to SMB's leveraging the strengths of Web, media, Data (BI) and OnDemand(SaaS). Prior to joining InfoSTEP Inc.,
Mr Vishwa worked as Senior Systems Engineer at CMC Ltd (now part of TCS). Mr Vishwa holds bachelors degree
in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University.


Badarinath Kopparapu – Vice President, BI & BPM - Asia Pacific
Mr. Kopparapu has over Eleven years of experience in software development in various technical environments. He has extensive experience in implementation of business intelligence solutions using Business Objects. He also has sound knowledge of communication protocols and Internet technologies. At InfoSTEP Inc., he has worked on diverse technologies and has played very vital roles as Lead Architect, Program Manager, and Project Lead for high profile clients like Business Objects Inc., Adobe Systems Inc., and Cisco Systems Inc. He was the driving force in setting up the Indian subsidiary of InfoSTEP Inc. in Hyderabad.

Prior to joining InfoSTEP Inc., he worked as an Application Developer for Cerner Corporation in Kansas, US. He was instrumental in design, development, QA and technical support for an n-tier health care information management system. He holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from the Kansas State University, US and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.


R K Goel, Vice President, ETIS – Asia Pacific
Mr. Goel manages InfoSTEP Inc.’s ETIS practice within Asia-Pacific theatre. He comes from a background where he was involved in delivering very large IT projects and steering e-Governance initiatives for a number of federal departments in India. Prior to working for InfoSTEP Inc., he worked for CMC Ltd. in Systems Integration, Project Management, Business Development, and Business Excellence model implementation. He has done his M.S. in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani.



Parag Shrivastava - Director, BI & BPM Practice
Parag Shrivastava has over 10 years of successful track record in solutions architecture and delivery at marquee accounts, including Stanford Hospital and Clinics, E*Trade Financial, Cisco Systems and Hitachi. He is a frequent speaker at Business Intelligence and IEEE conferences. He received his bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in Bhopal, India.


Suryam Kurma – Director, BI & BPM
With over 20 years of experience in Software industry, Mr Suryam Kurma has been involved in managing, architecting & delivering BI solutions to InfoSTEP Inc. clients including SGI, CISCO Systems, Sun Micro Systems, Stanford Medical and Symantec. He has extensive experience in Data warehouse project implementations including Functional Architecture,. Data Modeling and implementation. Mr Kurma holds Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India and M.Tech in computer Science from JNTU College of Engineering,Hyderabad, India. Mr Kurma is also a PMP certified professional. Prior to Joining InfoSTEP Inc., Mr Kurma worked as Project Manager at CMC Limited, India. Mr Kurma also worked in Olivetti in Milano, Italy.


Bhargav Mantha - Director, Center of Excellence - BI & BPM
Bhargav currently heads the Center of Excellence at InfoSTEP Inc., which aims to develop solutions and strategies in BI and BPM that our global delivery team can take to market. Bhargav has over 7 years of experience in spearheading the architecture and delivery of several innovative, end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions to clients spanning industries like Finance, Telecom, Healthcare and High-Tech. Bhargav holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla. He has written several research papers in Data Analysis and Data Mining that have been published in organizations like EURASIP and IEEE.


Kumar Ram - Senior Director - Xtereme Analytics
Kumar Ram is a veteran IT business technologist with 15+ years background in architecting, delivering and championing web search & comparison engines, Operational Business Intelligence solutions and product engineering frameworks and methodologies for Fortune 1000 companies like Sun Microsystems Inc. and TPG/UBS. At Sun Microsystems, as a process evangelist, he was instrumental in delivering and championing a global IT-Business Systems Product Lifecycle framework and standards, modeled around ITIL best practices. Envisioning the need to bring data analytics to the web consumer, Kumar founded Gerivate, a pioneer in analytical search and comparison technology. Kumar has a Masters in Computer Science from Villanova University and is a J2EE architect and Prince2 certified project manager. He has written many papers on J2EE and the Software Development Lifecycle process and currently holds two pending patents on analytical information search and comparison methodology.
