Systems Engineer (Software Applications Engineer)
Responsible for software analysis, design and development. Duties include designing and developing software applications from conceptualization to construction utilizing tools and environments such as Java, J2EE, design patterns, XML, SOAP, JavaScript, JMS, MDB and databases. Most of the applications development would be carried out in Windows and Unix environments.
Qualifications:
- M.S. in CS, CE, EE, or Information Science & Systems
- 2 years experience in software applications engineering.
- Experience must include configuration of applications servers; Java, Websphere, DB2, Oracle.

Systems Engineer (Software Applications Engineer)
Responsible for architecting, designing & developing data warehouse & reporting solutions. Duties incl. working w/ end users to evaluate business & technical requirements; analysis, design & presentation of proposed solutions; design, develop & implement solutions incl. designing ETL mappings using technologies such as OWB/Informatica; design & develop reporting infrastructure using technologies such as Business Objects & Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Express, Oracle ERP Applications (Oracle 11i) e-business processes in data warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- M.S. in CS or EE + 3 yrs. in software engineering or as programmer/analyst.
- B.S. in CS or in a field of engineering (any field) + 5 yrs. experience in software engineering or as programmer/analyst may substitute for M.S. + 3 yrs.

BPM Specialists
As a specialist in Business Performance Measurements, you will work
with clients in identifying and defining core metrics related to organizational
vision and risk factors. Our clients are Global 1000 companies and
value the expertise we bring to their business process measurements.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, MBA or MS preferred.
- Conversant with Six Sigma DMAIC process improvement methodology. A Green Belt or higher in Six Sigma a plus
- Ability to bring practical experience and innovativeness to resolving client needs by applying best practices and theoretical knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering business intelligence solutions to Global 1000 companies
- At least 8 years of experience in Information technology or Business Information areas

Program/Project Leads

Oracle eBusiness Suite BPM Leads
You will work as a lead in gathering and providing business performance measurement requirements to Oracle eBusiness Implementation teams. You will co-relate the BPM metrics to specific eBusiness workflows and configurations to enable tactical and strategic data points and relationships. You will also be responsible for interfacing between Oracle eBusiness Implementation Teams and corresponding BPM delivery team with respect to providing functional depth in eBusiness Suite Modules. You will also be responsible for the functional design of identified metrics and communication of the same to business and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, MBA or MS preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite as a functional analyst or lead
- Very good understanding of Data Warehouse and Reporting in Global 1000 companies
- Thorough understanding of Oracle eBusiness Data Models in at least one major functional area (CRM/Sales/Order Management and Fulfillment/ Manufacturing/ Supply Chain/Incentive Compensation/etc.)
- At least 8 years of experience in Information technology or Business Information areas
- Conversant with at least one application tool used in reporting BPM visualization e.g. Business Objects, Siebel Analytics, Microstrategy, Cognos

BPM Solution Architects
You will lead and be responsible to conceptualizing and delivering the business performance metrics solution in Global 1000 companies. Ability to understand client technical and system environments and provide a scalable and high performance solution to address the requirements is what our clients look for in our Architects. You will work closely with the Project/Program leads in identifying and tracking detailed deliverables. You will lead and mentor the delivery team and provide or facilitate data modeling and solutions when required.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, MS preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in architecting and leading Business Intelligence solutions (end-end) in Global 1000 companies
- At least 3 years experience in architecting and leading enterprise OLTP applications (Custom or Oracle eBusiness Suite/SAP)
- Deep understanding of Dimensional Modeling and Operational Data Store (ODS) replication technologies
- Hands on experience in working with one of Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 or Terradata Database systems
- Hands on experience in working with one of Business Objects, Cognos, Essbase, Microstrategy, Siebel Analytics reporting platforms
- Hands on experience in working with one of Informatica, Oracle Warehouse Builder, Ab Initio, Business Objects Data Integrator, Ascential ETL platforms
- Very good understanding, preferably hands on, in EAI technologies and tools

- Product Research Analyst
- Responsible for market analysis, research and trending for software products and services market with focus on specifying market opportunities for management information software for applications in accounting and finance. Duties include conducting market research and analysis; interface with financial/accounting users and potential clients; liaison with company software development teams to specify and coordinate development and enhancement of financial information software products, based on research results.
- Requires BS/BA (or minimum of 3 years university credit in lieu of 4-year degree) in Mathematics, Computer Science or Business Administration, plus minimum 3 years experience in job offered or in finance/accounting/financial services. Also requires: knowledge of market research and analysis methods; statistical analysis and applications; knowledge of financial and accounting systems and of workings of international financial institutions; knowledge of IT solutions for managing financial information and operations.
